We Ship UPS or FedEx and Offer a 10 day Return/Exchange Policy and Warranty all merchandise for movement workmanship for two years. Battery replacement not included. Warranty is valid with purchase registration only. Please register your watch upon purchase online or by mailing warranty card included with your purchase to address enclosed.
Credit Card payments will not be accepted on orders of $3000.00 and over. Wire Transfer or Bank Certified Checks only.

All watches for return must be in New Condition. If the watch shows any sign of wear or sizing we will not accept it for returns.

Refunds will be made in the same manner the original purchase was made. We will refund the Purchase price of the item less the original shipping costs. All Returns MUST Obtain a Return Authorization from GGI
